I also like her because [like Simon said] she has a low ego. It's great to watch someone discover themselves before your eyes.
Melinda is my favorite, but that doesn't necessarily mean she will win. Using the example of LaToya from Fantasia's season [season 3?], she was kicked out when she was the most talented one there.

It's awfully hard to choose between Melinda Doolittle and Lakisha Jones. I think it will come down to those 2.

I like Blake Lewis, he is just the epitomy of "cool" in my opinion. He can do it all, dance, sing, skat, beat box, you name it! That's an american idol! I also like Melinda, it's between those two for me. I admit Lakisha is a great singer, but that's it. She has no personality whatsoever and I just don't really care about her.

I say its gonna be Sanjaya Malakar and Antonella Barba as co-champions....they are sooo good. not really.....
i am gonna be angry if those two make it to the next round and i will break the tv if they make the top twelve.
with that said..i think the dolittle lady is lovable and talented at the same time..unlike the rest..so she will win.
