I know that if you get the Rick Steves' travel books, they have maps with estimated drive times between major European cities. But you would have to choose the relevant country or countries. Online, there is: http://www.drive-alive.co.uk/route_planner.php (but you would have to type in starting point and destination.)

Don't know if they're still around, but Michellin maps used to be pretty good.
