ok i know that pregnant women have increased mucus but today i have more than usual and when i wiped there was one bit of mucus that was really clear and was like a boogie like you get from your nose really clear and elasticy.... and my mucus since i have been pregnant has been clear but a little bit white... whereas the bit that i was talking about was transperant like... is this normal

Oh God, I know how embarassing it is to ask this question! I was worried too, but at your next doc visit, tell him , and he will probably have you "bear down" to make sure that it isn't amniotic fluid leaking out. I was fine, but I sure did have a lot of that nasty crap. Wear a panty liner and change it frequently! You sound perfectly fine. It just comes with the whole packaged deal, but be sure to mention it at you next OB visit, so they can make sure.

It sounds more like you are ovulating rather then being pregnant...yes mucus raise is a sign of pregnancy, but not egg white like...if its "boogie" like what you said then you are probably ovulating today...that means it is your most fertile day to get pregnant, so if your ttc happy baby dancing.
If not then do not have UNprotected sex for the next 4 days.

it all sounds normal, a slight change usually means nothing at all. but best go get a check up you could have a bladder infection or something- dont worry, its easy fixed.
even though your pregnant you still have lots of hormones and changes going on so its normal to have different mucus at differnt times.

Hey there, congrats on being pregnant. I had this will all 3 of my children quite often. The doc said it was no big deal. But you should always tell your doctor at each appointment whats going on.

yes,but be careful because my dr told me last week that sometimes there's a certain point where increased discharge can be a sign of preterm labor.ALWAYS call you doctor when in doubt!!!Most of the time the nurse can answer for you anyway!

Was it kind of like raw egg whites? If so I believe that is normal. If you are really worried then call your OB.

i have that..and when i told the ob she said it was normal..it is your cervical mucus..it produces all the time and you loose it when the new comes in..so you are fine..just as long as there is no smell..good luck and congrats..

hmmm i don't know.. call your doctor.. usually it suppose to be only cream like lotion. They said it should not look like raw egg like you know when you are ovualting. It could be a leak to the amiionotic sac... ASK YOUR DOCTOR...
