IP Banned on Forum! How to hide IP?

Please list sites where I can type the forum url and POST there again! I found some where I can SEE the site, but it wont let me post. THANKS!

Restart your DSL modem to see if it gets a new IP or call your Internet Provider and ask for another IP.

Browse using proxies maybe.

you can try using proxy server
but sometime forums do not allow for proxies logons
but other than that if you got ip banned then you got ip banned
