What you say, sir, is quite correct. However, to be an astronaut you have to had, at some point in your life, flown to an altitude above the Earth that was more than 50 miles - probably on the order of 100 miles. At that altitude you need a space suit to survive the extremely thin atmosphere and lack of sufficient oxygen for breathing. Surface bound inhabitants of Earth do not normally face that necessity unless they are associated with some kind of mountain climbing team at extreme altitudes.

Reaching an altitude like 50 to 100 miles above the surface of the Earth also requires some pretty fancy kind of transportation unit like a rocket plane or rocket and space capsule. Surface dwellers on Earth are not normally drivers (pilots) of rocket powered aircraft. I admit that there have been some rocket powered cars and aircraft at low altitudes which did not qualify as space ventures.

So, in full answer to your question, no everyone is not an astronaut, and not entitled to wear an astronauts wings.

We were born on the rocket ball and we have never left it. An astronaut must travel off of this rock ball such that other people consider him to be traveling through space. We have not left our own atmosphere either. Also, currently an astronaut is technically a profession, and since I am not on a job, I am not an astronaut.

Er...not really. First of all, astronaut means "a person trained to travel in a spacecraft." Not everyone knows how to control a space shuttle. second of all, an astronaut has to have traveled in space...with their feet not on a planet. That pretty much disqualifies a majority of the people on Earth.

Normally space is refered to outer space. So an Astronaut is one who travels at his planned program in outer space beyond Earth's atmosphere. The Earth takes all of us without our control and continues to keep us in Earth's envelope but never in outer space!
