kristaajad is correct. Salads have gained in popularity over the years, restaurants know it and they're charging nice buckd for salads esp. salads at 5 star restaurants that consider a salad a presentation.
So, anywhere from $6-$15 for a salad depending on whether its a meal or an accompanying salad to a meal. The difference would be in the quantity/quality of meats and cheeses and other ingredients included.
Also, here in America, there's the salad bar at various establishments where diners make their own creative salads. That's fun!

I would say anywhere from 6 to 10 dollars, but sometimes they really are a meal in themselves. Some are chef salads, or they are topped with fish or grilled chicken. A good deal really.

You mean a meal size salad? Usually around $10 if it is chicken or steak. If it is fish, add another $4.00 on top of that.
