I have never had a problem with my weight before then I started to use the IUD I gained like 30 pounds. After I stopped udsing it I have not been able to get rid of the extra weight.

all of them cause gain weight, however, they say nuva ring doesn't... check their website and ask your doc about it.

Every girl reacts a different way to birth control, but yes, it can make you gain weight. Excersising regularly and eating the right foods, not cheetos and candy, can help keep your weight down. If this still bugs you, then go to your doctor and see if there isnt a form of birth control that will make you gain less weight or none at all.

i tried 2 different bc pills and i know its not for me cause i gain weight on them very fast even though my ob gyn was trieing to convince me thay would make me lose weight. i was gaining like 10lbs a month for sure with strict diet and a lot of exercise.
