A long time ago i did once and then I was able to deal with what was going on. I would not like to repeat it, In Dec. 05 my dad took his own life and the whole family is still feeling the effects
Remember there are more victims in what you are thinking.I may be able to deal with my dads death now but 7 months ago I was still working out a lot of feelings over that.
Please don't take that route, the cost is more then you are thinking right now, find out why you feel that way and never isolate yourself too long.

Hang in there please/

Yeah i felt the same way you did, just a couple of months ago

NOW IM ON TOP OF THE WORLD

I have a question for you...

Would you do anything to get out of depression?

Would you neglect you entire lifestyle to follow the way i'm about to show you?

It's not easy but it will work every second of you life...

I PROMISE

Solution:

1. Get to know Jesus. I promise if you are a true believer he will help you sooooo much.

2. Wake up every morning and think of stuff you are thankful for.
Start off small and work you way up to whatever you want. i.e.life world, etc.

3. Take care of your body. Cleanliness helps a lot. (your body is supposed to be a temple of God)(1 Cr. 3:16 Do you not know that you are a temple of God and {that} the Spirit of God dwells in you?)

4. Tell someone you love them.

5. Then believe number 4.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.

I promise this works...

I have never thought about suicide but i have been depressed before. In fact, almost everyone has some kind of depression at some point in their life. However, suicide is never the solution. Sometimes things may seem so bleak and hopeless but you can't just give up. The bad times will fad away before you know it and things will be good again.

If you truly feel suicidal, call your psychologist and they should be able to help you further.

everone has bad times in their lives and they feel they cannot go on. The important thing to remember is that the bad times do not last. Its hard to think that there is light at the end of the tunnel when you are in the middle of it all. Try and be kind to yourself and do something you enjoy or used to enjoy. Try doing something for someone else. You don't have to get through the next week all you have to do is get through the next minute. Talk to someone ring Lifeline counsellors. Professional help does take time to work. Remember nothing stays the same, bad times don't stay bad and while there is life there is hope. Hold onto something that matters ie hopes dreams and hug your dog, most of all don't give up!!!!

I never have thought about that but I have gone through periods where life was not so good. It is important to have outside interests other than work or boring home routines. Develop a hobby where you can grow and have fun. Painting, learn a language, learn about something that is what keeps most people going through life. Also you have to think about moving forward and improving your situation. You would be surprised how these little baby steps can help. Life is a gift and it should be appreciated to the fullest. Just start moving in the right direction.

Confront your problems head on. Suicide is a permanent solution for a temporary problem. Think of all the people u love and how much they will miss u. Listen to a few good songs and relax. think about all the good things in your life and don't sit on just the bad things.
