Li-Ion batteries do not have a memory, so 'short charging' them does not hurt. But, the battery will last longer if it is discharged occasionally.
Brief snip from
http://www.batteryuniversity.com/parttwo-34.htm
Avoid frequent full discharges because this puts additional strain on the battery. Several partial discharges with frequent recharges are better for lithium-ion than one deep one. Recharging a partially charged lithium-ion does not cause harm because there is no memory. (In this respect, lithium-ion differs from nickel-based batteries.) Short battery life in a laptop is mainly cause by heat rather than charge / discharge patterns.

The best way to keep a battery life is to charge it for about 6 hours then run it dead. Then repeat. Batteries can form a memory. if you leave it pluged in for to long or plug it in when it is only half way drained then it will build a memory that will shorten the life of the battery.

No - it will only last as long as it's maximize charge can hold - approx 6 hours on a decent laptop. The battery can only hold so much.
You should also only ever charge your laptops battery when it starts to go flat. Charging a full battery really ruins it's life span.

No, it's like a glass of water. If you keep pouring water, will it hold more than its size?
Good Luck,
