oh oh oh i think they're an amazing band, too.
i have three of their albums, their newest ones.
(the beautiful letdown, nothing is sound, oh!gravity)
i havent listened to two of them as much as i have the beautiful letdown, but they sing SO many good songs.
i think they're one of my favorite bands because they're just a bunch of cool guys that do what they love - play music.
they're not like, cocky or trying to be known or loved by all, they just play because they love it.
and their music is really deep and the lyrics and words are powerful. i really find myself in thought listening to their songs. they make you ponder whats going on in your life and if you're living it the best way you can...
my personal favorites as of now are "gone" from the beautiful letdown and "the blues" from nothing is sound.

Switchfoot ahve a couple of good songs. I looked them up on the web a little while back and realized they have been around for many years. The song "meant to live" is a kick butt song. It goes, "we were meant to live with so much more, we loose ourselves", but there is one line that escapes me right now, but it is cool lyrics. The song is just written well.

They're an incredible band, but I've been kind of disappointed with their last couple of releases after Beautiful Letdown. Their first cd, Legend of Chin is still the best, and I'd definitely recommend it to any of their newer fans. Concrete Girl, Chem 6a and Underwater are my favorite songs on the album.

switchfoot is an amazing band. i have all of their albums plus a ton of extras. my fave song right now would probably have to be revenge. it's raw and... well, incredible. it shuts you up for a moment and makes you look at the bigger picture [though all of their songs do that... heh].
and they are some incredible guys. down to earth and have a realy passion to serve God with all they have- even if others don't understand what theyre trying to do.

i like swicthfoot because i like rock but not to heavy and not to lit. my favorite song is meant to live.
