cannot drain the water inside the washing machine

You do not want to remove the tub, you want to drain it. It sounds like either your pump has stopped working or your lid switch is not activating the spin cycle and therefore not draining the tub, most of the time I tell people to use the bucket method, use a cup and bucket and scoop the water out that way, or siphon it out with a hose, the easier of the two is the bucket method, then you need to either get a service man to look at it, or do it yourself. go to http://www3.sears.com/ and look up your model number and it will have a diagram of your unit. To explain if you take the tub out of the washer, you may damage something else in the process and then need to buy a new unit.

before removing the machine, use a pot and try to remove as much as possible, Then try again to drain it, have you checked the hose to make sure it is not kinked. If all else fails,look at the schematic that came with the machine, it will give you detailed instructions.
