My job is very stressful. I am limiting my caffeine, and I don't add extra salt to my food.

I tried the diet. the exercise, even the medication for my high blood pressure,,nothing worked. Find a way to ease the stress up at the job,,,get a voo doo doll of your boss or something! LOL I am no longer at that stressful job but still have the long lasting effects of the high blood pressure,,consider if this job is worth the stress, if not, find a better one. I found a wonderful job with absolutely NO stress, but I am still battling the blood pressure with meds and all. Never had it til I had the stress at work. So again, consider if the stressful job is worth your health.

Good Luck

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

thats pretty high. You didnt state your age but maybe finding new job would help. in the least sart walking or working out. Get your blood pumping and your blood pressure will lower for the next 24 hours or so. medication might be in order if you cant lower it otherwise.

You need to get your blood pressure checked daily for a week and if it stays that high see your doc and get it treated. As for the headaches if they are coming often then see your doc to figure out what kind of headaches they are and if there is tretment for them.

I don't know your age but yes this is an abnormal blood pressure. Go get a checkup, high blood pressure can lead to heart attack, stroke, kidney damage. Try relaxation tapes or massage, it might help. But DEFINITELY go to the doctor.

You need to get your BP down quickly. Go to the doctor for medication, exercise, lose weight, and eliminate salt totally.
