I "totally" agree with you - if the person is old enough to have ever masturbated - THEY KNOW! It's what you were fantasizing about!

I constantly hear the - I didn't know until I was (whatever)...BULLSH*T!!! It's not something you "decided" - it's not something you "realized" - it's something you finally admitted!

JUST A THOUGHT...for all of you this relates to - If it was something you were so VAGUE about, then why the hell didn't you stay with the opposite sex and save yourself all the grief - hate - ridicule - and harassment???

I think u begin to wonder earlier in life but u either put it in the back of your head or just forget about it. For example when i was 12 i began to think i was a lesbian or at least bi, then i realized i was bi when i was 15 now i am married to a man but i still desire women but i could not live with out him.Like i said u may not realize u are untill u have been put into situations in which u begin to wonder untill u pursue it it wont be definite. So if havent pursued the fact tht u wont know.U can be 40 and not know.U have to pursue it to know. Hope this helps.

I have a friend she was never Bi-sexual or Lesbian. She had a very bad marriage and ended up in a female, female (lesbian )relationship.then -They fall in Love and are raising two children together.I ask for wisdom about this and I think is a lust that tricks you into desiring this partner, just like with a man and women,I really don't know cuz I am sooooo straight.

contrary to most gay people ...I think one can make a decision any time in life....has nothing to do with "knowing"we are gay...I started living a gay lifestyle when I was 28 and have been happy ever since...I know most people say its not a choice....If that were the case then everyone would be living either gay or straight from day one...In some cases people have known since they were kids in other cases people change and so do their ways of thinking....I found myself living a gay lifestyle even though I was raised and believed it was wrong...

well I hope all the rambling helped...

Often times one does know, but one has not gotten the guts to do/say anything about it.
I know a lot of guys who lived sham lives in sham marriages because being gay was not seen as an acceptable option.

Oh please everybody knows at a early age whether you are gay or not. Even if you have never been sexually involved with the same sex, you still know it. A lot of people come out the closet late in their life, but i think they always knew deep inside them the feelings they had for the same sex.

Stop worrying about whether you are gay/strait/bi or whatever. If you have emotional feelings for someone, female or male, it should be considered a good thing and explored. Just be yourself, and follow your own heart.

I think they already knew but wouldn't accept it until later in life when their choice of partner become apparent.
