Candidate A is Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Candidate B is Winston Churchill.
Candidate C is Adolph Hitler.

And, by the way, on your answer to the abortion question: If you said YES, you just killed Beethoven.

This is good, i am impressed. i feel embarrassed for electing Hitler, and killing Beethoven. Shame on me!!

I've heard the Beethoven thing before. The obvious problem is, in any given situation, it could just as easily have been Ted Bundy being delivered as well. If the argument is that every POTENTIAL life should be allowed to mature because of the possible positive effect it may have on the world, well, I'd almost guarantee that the effects of making abortion illegal are going to be disastrous.

But they're both interesting questions. As for the second one, it just goes to show that a politicians personal life isn't the most important factor.

For the first one, no, I would not encourage abortion unless she absolutely can't afford another child. If there's any way that she CAN afford another child, then sure, why not?

As for the second, probably candidate C, but I'd have to know more about all three. Personally, I don't think their eating, drinking, or smoking habits matter. I'd rather know where they stood on social and fiscal issues, and go from there.

Edit: YAY, I didn't abort Beethoven!
Wow, that was Adolf Hitler? Who knew?

Well I would have killed Betoven (sorry about the spelling)

But I would have voted for Churchill . It has been known for a while although not pubisized a lot that the best leaders had big vices -

Noether Stalin nor Hitler nor a few other dictators that were considered "evil" tended to drink or smoke.

Somthing the new wave would not aprove of I suppose

thanks for one of those confusing question. nicely, sure, its confusing to decide. an abortion is undesirable, killing the toddlers earlier they were born. yet when she did not then, she would have a nasty life, i wager. yet even notwithstanding she is suffering, she ought to pass on, and not at all an abortion. many will disagree in this yet you'll not at all comprehend what astounding issues your toddlers would do. and for question 2. by the sound of this candidate c is a worth individual. yet did you factor out the undesirable issues about candidate c and the reliable issues about candidate a and b? if i knew who those issues it would help. for instance, in case you further that candidate c, adolph hitler tried to take over the international, or a minimum of area of the international, no one would pick candidate c. ingesting or smoking isn't as undesirable as attempting to take over the international. if i did not comprehend who they were, i'd pick candidate c. if i did, i'd pick both churchill or roosevelt. that they had help remove hitler and churchill had gained a prize or some thing for that from the queen herself

What exactly are you trying to prove here, that you can take tiny pieces of info and present them in a deceptive way to support your beliefs?
Anyone who makes decisions based on as little info as you provided is retarded anyway. In order to make educated decisions, you look into the facts of the matter, not 1 or 2 details.
But, as always, I am sure there will be plenty of nitwits that think you are making some kind of logical point here and will praise the dimwitted argument listed above, it is inevitable.

That was a good one...I would have went with Candidate A

I don't believe in abortions so Beethoven would have been around to make his music

2007-03-01 11:26:09 · answer #7 · answered by Anonymous · 1 1

I went with "no" to the first one as I would never recommend such a personal decision to any woman. The choice is only for her to make.

I picked candidate A for no particular reason...maybe because he was the only one that had any "consultant" listed.

Really interesting ?, thanx

I like this one. Woo hoo - I said 'no' to the abortion only because I would never even suggest that to another person. If I personally was the one who was pregnant I may consider it for myself but I wouldn't feel right giving my opinion about that to someone else. Sorry Bathoven.

That was funny I like your logic. But I chose to keep Beethoven alive though and I'm glad I did because he created great music.

Very good topic. I am probably not the only one that was taken completely off guard by the answers. It really puts things into the light.
