No- because the roads get plowed a lot earlier than the sidewalks get shovelled (if ever) - in fact they don't even shovel the snow at the train stations here

Sometimes having a car has nothing to do with it . You do what you have to do . Sometimes you walk because the snow is too deep to drive through .
