you usually don't find out you are preg. until you are already a month so if you mean your second month just go to the doc. take your vitamins, and eat healthy. if you get sick i really don't know what to tell you so far i haven't been sick.

SLEEP at much as you possibly can! The first trimester is absolutely draining and pretty soon, you're going to start feeling a little lousy. Your boobs ache, you get dizzy, you feel nauseous, and on top of it, you'll fall asleep at work. ;) It's not as bad as it sounds, really, but you do feel drained, so take things easy!
Also, if you haven't seen a doctor yet, go to WalMart and get some prenatal vitamins from the vitamin aisle. You'll need those ASAP. Drink lots of fluids and make healthy eating choices.

Make a dr appoint if you haven'y already. Get plenty of rest. Have crackers or juice or something to make you feel better when you feel sick. (almost flu like symptoms sometimes)

thats like 4 weeks you shouldnt really be feeling it to much unless its morning sickness then its saltines and water
