I tried cleaning it and I don't know what to do. If i can get rid of that noise my laptop would be in perfect shape. I am on my laptop alot and sending it back to get it fixed takes to much time. I brought a dust cleaner in a can and it still makes noise. When its really powering up it's even louder.. What can I do to stop this noise, I took it out and examined it .. It looks clean but when i put it in. its like a very very small gap or something. its hard to explain. but If anyone experienced this let me know. I know it's not my hard drive. Im pretty good with computers, but I just wanna know what I can do thanks !!

It is possible the fan is not properly mounted and touching something insode, or it might just be a faulty fan. If it is new and still under warranty, give a call to the manufacturer and explain what is happening. You may not be the only one.
