Is there any way to get songs from my Sony MP3 NWHD1 when songs have been wiped from computer?

I ripped a whole lot of CD's onto the MP3 player and computer is now gone (and CD's are back home in Australia)....I have the MP3 player happily continuing to play songs but would like to find a way to return them to a computer, disc, whatever to ensure they are not lost. Is there any software that might help access and record the songs on actual player.

Just to let you know my attempts to do so on Sonic Stage have been met with Copyright restrictions!

Sony Sonic Stage, you must have used it to get the tracks onto the player originally?? You can copy them back from the player to Sonic Stage. Download it from Sony website.
