Bush started out trying to unite..then he invaded Iraq and the division started. As of this moment, I would have to call him devider for reasons that are obvious. His approval rating is in the 30's, his own party is starting to abandon him, and he refuses to take advice from anyone. Thats not a good receipt for success. This war has cooked him good. If there would have been success in Iraq, perhaps the story may have been a lot different. There still may be success but the moment has passed.

I believe he's been a divider all the way around. People in this country can no longer have even a remotely civil conversation if they have opposing political ideas it just doesn't happen it invariably reverts to name calling on both sides, with both parties saying "do your research, you don't know what you're talking about" blah blah blah look at the way the majority of the EU feels about Bush causing problems with them and the UK. It's just a mess.

DIVIDER %110. In my own life experience, I've never seen an American president divides the country in such an extend. Also been so resentful among other nations.

Much of the world believes he is the Anti-Christ or the Devil himself. The rest think he is a dangerous lunatic. Some are willing to suck up to the devil to stay in power.
Guatemala actually hired Mayan Priests to exorcise the evil spirits after he leaves.

When Bush called himself the uniter I about fell over laughing but it may actually be the one truth he has told in his entire life. You see, he has united the country and the whole world against him and our policies. So I would say that qualifies him as a uniter.

He is a leader, if you choose to follow then you are part of the united, if you choose to doubt your leader that was voted into office by the people of your country, then you are a divider.
