Not a whole lot of words rhyme with poem, according to rhymezone.com.

You can however, do what is called a double word sequence such as:

(poem) + (know him)
All I could do is think about writing this poem,
But looking inside I didn't even know him,

Or you can use off rhymes (often slang), like a TON of rappers do:

All I could do is think about writing this poem,
Took it for granted my words were worth throwin'

Basically, if you can think of anything that rhymes with -em or him, or hen, you're set.

Some examples:

For HIM:

bihm, brim, brimm, clim, crim, crimm, dim, flim, grim, grimm, grimme, gym, hymn, im, jim, kim, kimm, klim, klym, krim, kym, lim, limb, mihm, mim, pimm, prim, primm, pymm, rim, shim, sim, simm, skim, slim, swim, sym, tim, timm, timme, trim, trimm, vim, whim, yim, zim

For HEN:

behn, behne, ben, benn, benne, bren, brenn, chen, chien, dehn, dehne, den, denn, denne, en, fehn, fenn, glen, glenn, gren, gwen, hehn, henn, henne, hren, jen, jenn, jenne, kehn, kehne, ken, kenn, kren, krenn, lehn, lehne, len, men, menn, menne, n, n., pen, penh, penn, prehn, prenn, rehn, ren, renn, renne, schwenn, sen, senn, senne, shen, sten, sven, ten, then, tien, un, venn, venne, wen, when, wren, wrenn, yen, yuen, zen

May your writings positively persusade the world.
