In restaurants, malls (all shopping stores), grocery stores, office buildings, some beaches, Disneyland (they have designated sections for it, but very few), bars. Basically the only place you can smoke freely is at your home & in your car & they are trying to take that away too.

There is a smoking ban in any public place in our entire state! They still haven't tried to make it illegal to smoke outdoors.
