You could never reach the end of a rainbow. What you see is an interaction between light and water. The position of a rainbow is relative to where you are so as you move so does the rainbow.
You could chase a rainbow until the end of time and still never catch it.
You may already have been stood at the end of a rainbow - or at least a rainbow as seen by another person.
Sadly, if you could stand at the end of a rainbow there would be no amazing light display - just rain. The reason being that the light is being bent by the raindrops and shining away from where you're stood.
Here's something for you to figure out - rainbows are circular.

god, a decent answer to this question to iron out all the misconceptions in your understanding of a rainbow would take forever to type out so I'll just give you the short version: There is no end to a rainbow. The rainbow does not actually exist.

No they wouldn't. It would disappear.
I saw the end of a rainbow a couple of years ago! It would have taken about 3 minutes to walk to but it was in the middle of a lake! It looked incredible!

Rainbows radiate from all of the beautiful things on pure3design. It just has to be like that because I've just bought the most divine tea light holders, soap dish and totally amazing silk lampshade.

there is no end of rainbow, what you see is an optical illusion create by certain weather condition. If we can find the end of the rainbow we also be able to drink water for those mirage fake lakes we see in highways.

There is no end to a rainbow, just as there is no end to the world - well unless you are in a rocket on the way to the moon!

First of all, a rainbow has no end. It is a part of a circle, and circles don't have ends.
