I would like to get it pierced and i con't know where to get it , how much it costs and how much pain it is please help me :( I would highly appreciate it ?????!!!!!!!

I've had my cartilege (sp?), rook, and industrial. Rook and industrial will probably cost between $30-$45, cartilege probably way less, unless it's going to be gauged instead of just a normal earring. They all hurt but it's for so little time it's not enough time to back out, lol. And you'll be happy once it's over! I'd say the one that hurt the worst was the rook, but the industrial sucked because once the first hole was punched you have to wait for the next one! Cartilege wasn't too bad at all, at least with a regular earring..

I have had my upper ear pierced since 1995 and it still bothers me once in awhile. I don't remember it hurting too bad while getting it done, but I do remember having trouble for three months afterwards..I couldn't talk on the phone with that ear or sleep on that side for months. Now, I still have to take the earring out at night to sleep on that side. It gets sore or something..it has never gotten infected or anything...just sore. Mine is pierced in the upper curve of my ear right in the fold of the skin that way the earring is not sticking out. Hope this helps..nothing to be afraid of..

It hurts for weeks, sometimes months, you can't sleep on that side and everytime you pull your shirt over it you will squeel. It also is very prone to infection there if you are senstive. My husband was a piercer for a while and I have had it done 3 times by 3 different people and it got infected everytime and had to be removed, my ears just don't like it. Good Luck!

I have my cartilage pierced Please go to a tattoo and piercing shop. Do not get it done by a gun. Mine cost $40.00. It can take up to one year to heal. Getting it done was not bad at all.

well i did mine in singapore. and it's great... it's hygienic... and after piercing i went swimming. and it didn't hurt at all..... i mean not at all.... maybe the water cools down the piercing...
