If you have Acrobat (Standard or Pro, not reader) you can put it into a .pdf file, and then you can restrict copying and opening, but I don't know how you can do the one-time opening. Maybe http://www.fileopen.com (a pdf plugin)

No, not yet. But if MS get their way then it's only a matter of time with their trusted computing.

You need software. One that comes to mind is Airzip
