Working together often causes conflict, simply because we are all unique in our own ways and have our own ways of doing things. Before you blow up at a co worker, take a deep breath and ask yourself if its worth even bringing up. If it is, ask them to sit down and talk to you about the problem. Most people are sensible enough to listen.

Anonymously e-mail her to no end! Create a new e-mail account with her name on yahoo or something and send it to her work e-mail address all day with random messages. You could include links about gossip and stupid stuff that iritates you; this may straighten out the problem a bit!

If not, it will drive her crazy having e-mails coming in to her from herself! Use the computers at your local library.
