the question is did you start it or did that person? if you did then your on your own but if the person did then just hire somebody j/k don't be afraid just simply go far away for a long time and maybe never come back.

go for it b cause people think scary if u don't one time but if it's your u just might lost but the best way to hit harder is to think about time you were really mad or someone that was really mean to you and think about them being tied up and you can punch them all you want that's what helps me sometimes.
