I think with Yahoo IM when you send a message it goes via a central server, so yes.

Yes. There are half a dozen ways to do it from a dozen different places; a keylogger on your local machine, a packet sniffer anywhere on your internal network, a logger on the gateway, Yahoo's servers, several third party software programs...

a server admin could EASILY see everything your doning on your pc if this admin knows what they are doing , i for one can run several VNC (virtual network connections ) like ultra vnc for one , disable the client notification , and shadow your every movement , and you would have no idea i was ever watching you , most large companies do this for allot of reason , wasting time using messenger for non related work is one of them
