Can anybody help me translating a strand of DNA into an mRNA code and then to tRNA. I don't understand what changes must be made to create the different form codes. I'll give an example for you guys to show me how to change to the two different forms.
Example DNA strand- ATCGTA

ATC GTA
UAG CAU
All you have to do is change the T's to U's . But when you change the mRNA to tRNA you are changing the acual strangs into amino acids. All you have to do is look up the sequence and you will find the amino acid that matches the code.
P.S a code consists of three letters...EX AGU , i think this is the acid that tells the strand to start coping itself.

Make DNA into mRNA by matching mRNA's AUCG with the DNA bases.

DNA - ATCGTA
RNA - UAGCAU

Then match tRNA with the mRNA
mRNA from above - UAG CAU
tRNA anticodons --- AUC GUA
