The best manga out there is "One Piece". From the start to where it is now, it will always surprise you, make you laugh, and well, keep you on the edge. In Japan, it is the most popular manga. It had the most number of volumes/books sold in a week, (until it got beat by Harry Potter). If you can rate it, I'd say it'll be off the scale. At around 20!
