I have my nails done pretty much every 3 weeks. Unfortunately I have a bad habit of biting my (real) nails until I bleed. The only way I don't do it is when I have the acrylic nails. I usually get the French Tip...it looks nice.

I've gotten my nails done only a number of times... usually I get full french tips. They're classy, but I have them shortened so I am still able to function and do normal things (IE: Like type, open a soda, and not have to worry about them too much) There are all sorts of ways you can get them painted and designed, normally places have examples of what you can get. I figure, french tips are classy yet professional looking, so if you're going out on a night on the town or just going to work, they're good either way.

I used to have acrylic nails and I'd get them done every other week -- French manicure style. But that was just a complete waste of time and money so now I don't do anything except trim and file them myself. Only for special occasions do I get a mani/pedi, and I just have them paint them clear.

I've had my nails done three times, and I loved it each time!!
I usually go with one color and decoration like a flower or something. It's a great birthday treat.
Just remember to relax and have fun!
So many people dog getting your nails done. I say that if you have the money and want to treat yourself, do it! Pedicures make life worth it, especially in the summer.
My husband has promised that when I am 8 months pregnant (now a tradition), he's going to take me to get a pedicure since he does such a terrible job with it.

I've gotten mine done a couple times. I got a french manicure with tips. There's pictures here:

If you get that, you have to soak your fingers in nail polish remover to get them off. They make your real nails really thin. That's why I stopped getting them. They're fun to have though.

I always have my nails done (by myself). I usually wear a maroon red in the winter. Occasionally I'll do a French Manicure. It goes with anything.

In the past, all the time, but not anymore. I don't want to spend the extra money on that right now. I would usually get french manicure or a clear with a slight pink tint. On my toes I almost always use (La Paz-itively Hot) by OPI.

I've only had my nails done once, it was for my sisters wedding in January. I got the french white tips, I'm not sure if that is the correct name for them but I loved them!! Wish I could have them permanently but work prevents me.

Only once..but now I just paint my nails black at home. A manicure is only good because of the hand massage..but you should get your feet done so that you can get a foot massage too!
