Unless you really want to be in pain I would say don't EVER do it. Or just trim it with sheers, mind your giblets you don't want to nick those!

i would say not to shave. at 13 i dont think your hair is long enough to worry about. also, at 13, who else is going to see it. the tree definetly looks bigger when the forrest is thinned out although. if that is your goal, trim to the base and stop or you will have massive itching. when you are old enough for oral sex, your g-friend will like not getting hair in her mouth.

Never. You aren't required. Most leave it alone.
Some guys do shave, though. You can also trim it down with scissors. It's all what you prefer! Keep in mind that shaving will cause itching when the hard starts growing again, which isn't fun.

Just before your first job interview at Chippendales . Better yet, wait till you get your first case of crabs. You can pour lighter fluid on the hair , light it on fire, and watch the crabs come running out of your forrest that God gave you. Then , get an ice pick and stab the little creeps . One hint : be careful.

What a silly question. Do you have a father? This a good question to ask in private and not in front of the world. Don't they have sex education in your school? You are interested and obviously have a computer. Use it.

u do not need to do it. once you start you have to do it the rest of your life. if you prefer to shave, or trim, there is nothing wrong with that. i think most males just leave it alone.

when it starts getting out of control like a jungle and i would start doing it when u become sexually active because me being a girl doesnt want a jungle touching me but u shouldnt be concerned about that right now anyways be a teenager go outside and have fun

dont shave around your penis......i have done this b4 and it itched horribly for almost a week, all day every day.....if it gets too long then just trim it....
