It is not dairy in the least regard.
To be dairy something must either contain the fat, protein or milk of a cow, which means butter, cheese and/or milk in all of their forms. Technically goat's milk is not dairy. And last time I looked cows do not lay eggs. Eggs are not meat, either. Meat is defined to contain fat tissue and muscle tissue, or to be from an organ within the body, such as tripe, brains, kidneys or gizzards. Eggs contain none of these things. Egg fat is not structurally part of any organ, hence cannot be meat.

If everyone here is so convinced it's not dairy why must it be refrigerated? If you left it in the cupboard for a couple of weeks know what you would have? The egg in it pushes it over to the dairy section.

it's usually considered a fat in most diets. it's made of eggs and oil, so I can't see why it would be dairy.
But it's actually interesting question if someone were kosher. I'm not sure if eggs are considered a meat product. They do produce chickens which are certainly meat. I never thought of that. But i still think not.

No,
Mayonnaise is a thick sauce made primarily from vegetable oil and egg yolks.[1] Whitish-yellow in color, it is a stable emulsion formed from the oil and yolks and is generally flavored with salt, pepper, vinegar and/or lemon juice, and frequently mustard. Mayonnaise is one of the basic mother sauces of classic French cooking; numerous other sauces can be created from it by adding additional seasonings
