Can you think of any ways to stop the over poupulatin in china or in the world ....( the world right now can hold up to and a little over 5,000,000,000 people but the world right now is at 6,394,752,437 people ) So what do you think the world sould do to change it .............

As you know, China has passed laws governing the number of children a couple can have and enforced penalties if they have more. So long as the Catholic Church is against birth control, the population explosion will not stop. Compare Latin countries with countries in which the Church does not have as much influence.

Some estimates are that with our current technology the world can sustain 10 or 12 billion. Think about it: the average American family of four occupies 6000 sq. ft. You could fit all of the people in the world in the state of Texas and have 1500 sq. ft. per person. This is just to give you a little perspective of how big the world is.
