You can look at any garden center. We grow red, white and purple salvia. I start mine in a greenhouse. I use a fine soil mixture of ground bark and vermiculite. Cover the seed very lightly with soil after you sow them. Keep them moist, not wet. Keep them warm at night - about 65-68 degrees F. Try Walmart, but the seeds are expensive in those small packs. I buy wholesale from Parks in South Carolina. They have a retail outlet by mail and a website.

Salvia is a common annual that you can find at just about any nursery and/or stores (like Home Depot, K-Mart)

I buy mine every spring at home depot or lowes. Nice plants already blooming, cheap prices.
