There is no scienficial evidence that you are. However, it is common among some men to show sympathy signs. They go through what you go through, but I think it would be too early for that to show.
Your best chances of finding out if you are pregnant is to get a blood test done at your next doctor's appointment, or secondly get a home pregnancy test.

if you already know that you are having a baby how does the boyfriend getting sick give you a sign that your going to have a baby. i think you are getting it confused with men thinking they are having pregnancy symptoms when its really on in their head.

Where does this line of thought come from? I would attribute his sickness to the flu or food poisoning before I would ever think that you were pregnant..

People get sick because they have a virus or a bacteria invading their body, not because someone close to them is pregnant!
You need to go to the library and borrow a book about sex and pregnancy.

No, it means he is sick. Food poisoning, stomach flu, anything. It has zero relationship to your own health or possibility of a pregnancy.

no it means he has some kind of bacterial or viral infection, or maybe he has food poisoning, or maybe he drank to much. men and women get sick everyday and it has nothing to do with pregnancy

yeah i have heard of like instead of her eating everything or being sick then the guy has all of that. its really weird but yeah i definately think it could happen. Its not a line of crap as most these people think.
