Absolutely it could void the results. The test is meant to lay flat during the testing time. You should follow the directions on the package exactly for accurate results.
I hope you got a dual package when you bought the test. Try another just to be sure and this time, don't put it in your pocket! If you need to hide it from someone, just stay locked in the bathroom for five minutes! Girls can get away with that.

You are suppose to lay it flat I think so that the pee can work its way through. It could possibly mess things up but I think as long as the pee got through you should be fine. I think it also depends on the pregnancy test if you are still having pregnant like symptoms after a week and you havent started your period you should probably take another test if it came up negative. If it came up positive maybe get another test to be sure (and this time lay it flat if it says to).

it depends how long after taking it did u put it in your pocket and did it haw a plastic cover over the results window? if so it is probably correct if it said yes it is 99.9 percent correct on its own

you cant just put it in your pocket you have to actually pea on it.
i would take it again and see if the results are the same. but more than likely if it says u r then u are.

Yes it does because you're supposed to lay it on a flat surface and not touch it while it's working. I suggest retesting.

Yes, it could. It needs to be laid down flat to make sure it works properly. Follow the directions to make sure it comes out accurately. (That's why there's directions.)
