You oughta read Mirror Mirror by Gregory Maguire (the same guy that wrote Wicked and Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister.)
In this version, there actually is an eighth dwarf, though I don't think he has a name. He's not as well developed as the other guys.
He was kinda out of it and didn't talk much, so maybe Lumpy or Stony. But he traveled more, so maybe Roadie.

i heard that there is a subliminal message about cocaine attached to snow white. for example , the title of the film itself - "SNOW WHITE" and that the seven dwarves' names described some of the phases u go through whilst taking the drug - 'grumpy', 'dopey' 'sneezy' lol. not so sure what 'doc' would mean, maybe u may need to visit the doctors?
