in case you think of Londoners "talk extraordinary", you will locate some uk close by accents are like a foreign places language to you, fantastically: Birmingham accessory, called 'Brummy', and the call of the English city is stated Birming'm (i.e. the h isn't stated) Newcastle-upon-Tyne, called 'Geordie' Glasgow (Scotland), called 'Glaswegian' south-west of england accents from Gloucestershire (stated Glostersh'r), the city of Bristol, Somerset, Devon & Cornwall. Will all sound the reminiscent of you, yet we can tell the type. some old rural people could properly be very confusing to comprehend.

Not really. I speak to international students all the time(I work at a college). I do find myself having to repeat what I said sometimes. My only problem is that I speak very fast and people who speak English cannot always understand me.

now i bet that wouldn't help at all but it might get this person freaked out and you might not want that instead of talking louder i would talk slower so they understand you and you might still feel like a retard while your talking to them because of how you feel like your talking to a baby but at least you'll be able to have a conversation without them being freaked out or you losing your voice

Now if they give me that "deer in the headlights" look, I go grab one of my Spanish-speaking co-workers.
