You know what?
I cann't say just ONE word. You are better than that, You deserve all the nice words I can think of.
First you are alive. That's very good!!!
Then you are a Human Being and we are not 'Rational Animals', We are Spiritual Beings, emotional ones, imortal ones, who have bodies.
You could also consider that you can choose in what to think of. One cannot think of a rose and of a car at the same time as independent thoughts; either you think of a rose or a car or a car in, besides, under, on, with,... a rose; or a rose with, in, besides, etc, a car. But as two independent thoughts... it is not possible. This means you can choose if you would think positive (to think of what one wants) or to think negative (to think of what one doesn't want). It also means that you can choose a sad thought or a happy one to think of. We cannot think of sad and happy thoughts at the very same time.

So, what can I tell you? It is all up to you.

I understand what you may feel...
But on the other hand we, humans, do not really need approvals, stimulations, and so forth, from anybody else, unless one believes one needs them. What you believe is true, is true for you. If you are not happy with your truth, change it. Start believing in something pleasant, something YOU want to think of, or believe in.

Think of a sea, flowers, the sweetest parfum, beauty... as an exercise.
Think Positive: THINK OF WHAT YOU WANT!!!
It will happen whatever you think of. Did you notice that our fears most of the times become a reality? Because we think of what we do not want (to think negative) and that's what happens, what we didn't want.

Why is it so?
The Mind (not the Brain), functions with images and it is not prepared to function with a non-image or better, a counter-image (what is that?, a counter image?)

However that's we send to our minds most of the times.
When I say 'I must not forget my umbrella.' - not-forget is a counter-image of forgeting. I usualy forget it and loose it. We have been educated wrongly, too much in the negative. The positive should have been 'I must remember my umbrella', which is a positive sentence and it sends an image of rememberance to our mind.

I hope I was not too long or too complicated.
And I sure wish you can be vigilant regarding your thoughts to interrupt your negative sentences and to say: This is bull-****, this is not what I want.
Then you have to reformulate what you want: 'What I want is...bla-bla-bla' .
But I have to alert you that postulates may work like a two edge sword.
If one says: I want money!, one has to say how one will get, make, that money, otherwise one may be making it the wrong way. One has to close all the ways to the wrong, and make a very ethical statement/postulate.
You will get it.

I learnd this from a friend and my life has been changing for the better.
I don't know if there is anything else about this subject. I believe this is all.
Best wishes from Frankfurt am Main - Germany.

PS -' When you put your attention in something, this thing grows' - L. Ron Hubbard.

(if you put your attention in yur business it grows. If you are a student and you put yur attention in your books, your knowledge grows... Mr Blair put his attention on terrorism and it grew in England... Same with the first Bush and his son - During Clinton it was a quite peaceful time for Americans (and the world) regarding terrorism.)
So, if you put your attention on being down.. it will grow, this state of feeling down. That's why I said it is all up to you.

I insist, You are living and this is a Gift. And I am sure you are a marvelous person, otherwise I wouln't have spend my time telling you what I just did, right?
