I Got Stoned And I Missed It by Dr. Hook and the Sloppy Seconds. Not only are the lyrics funny, but just the way they sing it is hilarious.

Some older funny songs that make me smile.

The Streak, by Ray Stevens. There is a sample for this song on launchcast.
Disco Duck, by The Hit Crew. There is a sample for this song on launchcast as well.
Grandmother's Song, by Steve Martin. The launchcast sample for this song is not very good you only get to hear one of many funny lines. "Be obsequious, purple, and clairvoyant."

I can't think of anymore off the top of your head. I hope you can stand the style of music long enough to get a smile out of them. :)

Many years ago the first time I heard Roy Clarks "Thank God and Greyhound She's Gone" I laughed so hard I almost fell out of my chair.

I'd have to go with anything by Weird Al, but perticulary Virus Alert or Happy Birthday (ep version). You'd have to hear them to understand, but they are funny.
