Who was the guy that walked down the stairs at the very end of Pirates of the caribean 2?
Was he the origional owner of the Black Pearl?

He was Captain Barbossa (think thats how you spell it!!) he stole the Black Pearl from Captain Jack Sparrow in the first film, annoying ending though wasn't it!!!

Jack Sparrow was the original owner of the black pearl..it was his mutinous Friend Captain Barbossa on the stairs

That was Barbossa. He was Jack's first mate who mutinied against him, took the Black Pearl, left Jack alone on that island to die and then got killed at the end of the first Pirates movie.
