Em no, im gay but I am not a girl. Im in every way a boy.
Maybey im strange but ive never done girl y things? I dont want to wear make up, wear girls clothes or anything else like that. I do boys things, White water sports, Tae Kwon Do.
Because you are gay it does not mean that you want to be a girl or do girl y things.
Im different thats all, inside I have the same emotions, feelings, needs and desires that any other human being has, im only gay thats all.
Im not being mean either, just trying to help you understand how some gay boys feel. David:)xxx

I am still amazed how closely femininity and "being girlsih" is linked to being gay even now. I understand where such a question comes from as, no intentions to offend aside, there is natural curiosity from the usually ill-informed but interested person. Given the general concensus among non-gays and or people who do not closely know a gay person, it is hardly surprising such queries still arise. It is not at all typical like that gays and female-type behaoviour go hand-in-hand. The effiminate gay and/or those who choose to look, behave and have female preferances is undoubtedly just a small portion of the greater largely straight acting gay guys who are just as "manly" as the next heterosexual guy - in terms of clothes they wear, sports they play, toys they liked etc and may even be offended with such associations as insinuated by this question. However, it is good such questions allow greater misconceptions to be cleared...

Well, I used to behead them or color on their heads (my sisters' Barbies). What does your amateur psychobabble have to say about that?
I probably shouldn't admit this, but I DID have an Easy Bake Oven (of sorts). I still turned out more masculine than 90% of the men I see out there, LGBT or straight.

No. I did have cool G.I. Joe stuff. And (God, this will tell you how old I am!) Major Matt Mason stuff. (Major Matt Mason was the G.I. Joe of outer space in the 60s.) And I never tried on my mother's clothes or make-up, either.

Nope. I was totally into Hot Wheels and a slot car race track we had.
Hated sports, though, if that helps.

No I didn't play with them.... but my sister's friends used to drop theirs off for me to redo their hair, update the cut, and help with their fashion sense.
