is it true about ridley, cel link, and baby bowser being in the game?

Nintendo is a very secretive company. You may not know it yet, but they have their next system planned ALREADY! People don't know who will be in the next game. It is all very secretive. So really the answer to your question is "NO ONE KNOWS". But, all three of those characters don't seem like they will be in the game. I'm confident Cell-Shaded Link will not appear in the game. They might do baby bowser. But, they are seeming to go on the realistic/rustic view on this game. So, I doubt it. Great QUESTION. Not so great ANSWER.

not sure maybe just a rumour, nintendo hasn't said anything on those characters in brawl yet.
BUT THIS GAME WILL BE AWESOME!!!!!!!!
