No it doesn't mean he's gay. However don't do anything your not comfortable with. Part of a relationship is understanding each others needs and/or wants and how and when to fullfill them, if you want to. It depends on har far you want to go. But please remember, do not do anything you dont want to do, if he persists, it is known as sexual harrasment, even if he is your husband. Don't give in for an easy life, you'll never live it down, and it may become a regular action durring sexual intercourse/foreplay. Think about it and give 1 clear answer and stick to it hun.
