The Rock owns, no competition....
If they both retire at the same time with their popularity at their peak, and they return a few years later, The Rock would have a way bigger impact, cause he ruled The Attitude Era (which is considered as one of the best things to happen to the E.) While Cena is currently ruling Post-Attitude Era, which can't even hold a candle to it,
DX in the Attitude Era was better
The storylines were better
Tag Team Division better
Monday Night War
More high-risk matches..
etc
etc....
The Rock also is more talented in every other way....being a great face or heel, giving out promos, wrestling, comedy.......and last but not least, makeing the crowd roar.
So in my opinion, The Rock is better.

i think cena is better because of his quikness in moves and mick james go woop woop girl, or not much better than the mickie lee crap. i dont know who u think u r, but its not mickie james.

shes a consumer at here and he or she is MICKIE JAMES #a million FAN she somewhat is her #a million fan... she dresses like her sounds like her and each thing and mickie lee is hott! shes in my college shes 14 and he or she is an exceedingly good wrestler. she goses to wrestling faculties and all that stuff shes cool!

Cena is better. I dont know why though. He is just tied with Rey Mysterio on my favorites list.
