you can try the program "torpark" it sets up proxies automatically and can be ran off a flash drive or cd. Once it's been extracted of course. It's free as well.

Try www.pagewash.com and www.mrnewguy.com. They used to work in my office till our computer guys turned off all proxy sites. =0(
