aye, i played the game and I BEAT ALL THE MISSIONS but it says on the menu that I have 44% of the missions done. HEEELP.
And im talkin bout GTA: Libert City Stories (the best one)

You gotta do all the taxi mission the vigilante the paramedic the trashmaster until level 12 collect hiddens items all unique jumps all the rampage completed all the mini games than u beat all %100

If you beat all the story missions then you need to find all 100 hidden packages. Beat all the side missions, rampages and races. Since you are talking about Liberty City Stories I think you have to find all the special cars to steal.
Also you need to do all the R3 missions. Taxi (100 fares), Vigilante (beat level 12), Firefighter (beat level 12), Paramedic (beat level 12), and Trash Dash (all 3 islands).
Also complete 26 unique jumps.

I don't know about liberty city stories, but the ones I played had other stuff, like mini-missions, and collectable items to pick up. Same with Bully, actually. You mentioned completing all the missions, correct?
Are there any other things you skipped? Perhaps a race or something? GTA:VC had some little statues to pick up

there are other side missions you have to complete. Including finding all of the 100 items, for example, you have to spray paint all of the gang tags you find in san andreas, and so on. also, you have to win all of the races, and the other little side missions. Google the game you are trying to beat and you will find plenty of resourses for beating the game 100%

you cant copmplete a game if you have already used cheats. SRRY! but i know how hard it is to do all those missions back. it suxx...i mean, why make cheats for the game when they are to help you reach 100%, and then you cant even get to it!?! its stupid like simon cowell

u have 2 get every hidden package, hidden missions, jumps, basically everything in tha game. its a pain in tha azz & sumtimes not worth it. depending on wich game

You have to do all the jumps and find all the hidden packages. I'm not sure about the side jobs.

everytime you use a cheat it reduces the % you get at the end. to get 100% complete the game without any cheats
