While your wording is a bit confusing, you're basically asking if having a sexual dream leads to a 'wet dream', which is busting a nut during your dream. The answer is that not in all cases does one have a wet dream. Sometimes you get close, sometimes not. And yea. So.. that's it.

it helps...I never had a wet dream...I get so hot and bothered that I end up ...taking care of my self..so I can fall back a sleep...man oh man those dreams...wow...
