My piranhas have started to fight more often. I feed them 3 times a day. The piranhas have started to chase eachother in a circle and take chunks out of eachothers tails.

These fish should be kept in groups of 5 or more. It is often quite difficult to house multiple Piranhas. While young, Piranhas will frequently attack each other. Do not be surprised if your young Piranha have nipped fins and missing scales. As they age, their tolerance of each other should increase. Adding new Piranha to an established Piranha aquarium will almost always prove fatal for the new specimens.
Feed Carnivorous foods and lots of it. Live feeders will be most preferred. Fresh meat, beefheart, and other larger meaty foods may be attempted. Keep them well fed or they may nip at each other.

Feed as many pellets as they will eat in 3-4 minutes.
The fighting will continue until only one fish is left unless you have a quite large tank and can add at least 3-4 more piranha about the same size as yours.

You need a bigger tank. Also feed your piranhas dime store gold fish instead of pellets, its more filling and nutritious and they wont be so bored. So less fighting.
You can find these gold fish at pets mart or petco or even walmart. They are bred for that purpose and are usually 10 to 15 cents apeice.
