Well the store is called forever 21 so i suppose its clothes for women 21 years old and younger.

just because the store is called forever twenty one, does not mean you have to be 21 years old to shop there. i am 13 and the clothes fit me, and my mom shops there too.

Don't see much problem with it. The company I work for makes clothes for F21 and they look really nice. Not bad really. I'd say it could be ok. Within limits of course.

not really. its more for the older girls.. but there are some nice shirts taht she can wear. just not the too low ones.
